Installation & Your Responsibilities
Our USA-licensed technicians are trained to focus on quality, on-time installations with minimal disruption. To achieve this, you agree to:
- Ensure safe, unobstructed access to all work areas.
- Secure any pets for the safety of our team and your animals.
- Provide existing architectural/electrical plans if available.
- Inform us of any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead paint).
- Secure necessary permissions from landlords, homeowner associations, or local authorities.
While we exercise extreme care, some installations may require minor drilling, wiring, or alterations. We will discuss these aspects transparently during the design phase.
Equipment & Brands
We install premier equipment from industry-leading brands such as Honeywell, 2GIG, Axis Communications, Dahua, and Bosch. These brands are selected for their reliability and advanced features. Title to equipment passes to you upon full payment. We are an authorized installer, but many manufacturer warranties are separate and will be provided to you. We facilitate warranty claims for equipment we supply as part of our continued stewardship.
Monitoring & Third-Party Services
Many of our systems include capabilities for professional monitoring, medical alert, and emergency dispatch to police and fire departments. These life-saving functions often involve third-party monitoring centers. You understand that we are not the provider of these monitoring services unless explicitly stated in your contract. We act as your advocate in integrating these services, but the ultimate performance and reliability of signal transmission and dispatch are governed by the separate agreement you sign with the monitoring entity. We install and configure your system to optimize these critical functions.

The Guardianship Agreement: Services & Custom Creation
Northern Frontier Inc. specializes in the custom design, installation, and integration of low-voltage life safety and security systems. We pledge that every system is custom-created to suit your specific needs, property layout, and personal preferences. This process begins with a detailed consultation and site assessment performed by our USA-licensed technicians. All proposals, scope of work documents, and installation plans are unique to you. You agree to provide accurate information about your premises and needs, as this forms the foundation of our protective design. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or incompatible with our standards of quality.

Governing Law
This covenant of protection shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Northern Frontier Inc. is principally located, in alignment with USA industry standards and regulations.
Fees, Payment, & Financing
A deposit may be required to commence custom installation. Final payments are outlined in your contract agreement. We offer financing options, such agreements are listed in your contract. Late payments may incur fees and will, regrettably, pause any ongoing monitoring service, technical support or service support until the account is made current.

Limitations of Liability
Northern Frontier Inc. pledges heroic effort and professional diligence in every installation. However, no security system can guarantee the prevention of loss, damage, or injury. Life safety systems, including medical alert buttons, police dispatch functions, and fire department dispatch features, are subject to failure due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: power outages, telecommunications failures, user error, equipment tampering, or extraordinary acts of nature.
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Covenant of Protection.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northern Frontier Inc., its technicians, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from (a) your negligence or misuse of the system, (b) your breach of this agreement, or (c) the failure of a third-party monitoring service, except where directly caused by our gross negligence.

Refunds | Returns | Exchange Policy
1. General Commitment
At Northern Frontier, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction.
2. Service Refund Policy – New Installations
A full 100% refund will be issued for new service installations under the following condition:
- The client cancels the service more than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled date of technician dispatch and equipment installation.
- Cancellations made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the scheduled service date are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement and may incur cancellation fees.
3. Equipment Exchange Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all new equipment purchased directly from Northern Frontier, Inc.
- Any equipment determined to be defective upon arrival or within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be exchanged for an identical or equivalent item at no additional cost.
- The client must contact our support team to report the defect and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Standard Return Policy for Purchased Equipment
We accept returns on equipment purchased directly from Northern Frontier, Inc. under the following terms:
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories included.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of shipment.
- Process: Clients must contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any item. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Refund Amount: Upon receipt and verification of the item’s condition, a refund of 100% of the product’s purchase price will be issued.
- Deductions: Shipping and handling charges (both original and return shipping fees) are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns in accordance with specific product terms.
5. Process for All Returns & Exchanges
- Contact: Initiate a request by calling us 1 (888) 243-1520.
- Authorization: Obtain an RMA number and specific return instructions.
- Ship: Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly displayed on the exterior. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Resolution: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 5-7 business days and proceed with the approved exchange or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Any software licenses, digital products, or services that have been activated or rendered.
- Equipment that has been modified, damaged, or improperly installed.
- Products not purchased directly from Northern Frontier, Inc.
